**Job Description Summary**
The Logistics and Customs Specialist’s role is mainly to coordinate and follow up import activity and special programs along with the requirements this entails. Their main responsibility is to ensure GE Vernova parts , tools, equipment and lab samples are imported / exported and cleared successfully and timely.

**What you will do:**
+ Coordinate and manage transportation activities (international and local) in line with the GEV Power policies and rate cards
+ Collect transportation quotes and assure cost control
+ Generate shipping documents in line with the GEV Power systems and processes
+ Manage the transportation companies and assure the operational KPI’s are met
+ Update the GEV Power transportation systems in timely manner
+ Manage the operational aspect of the temporary/permanent export and import activities into any repair facility or GE factory
+ Prepare and submit temporary import...
