Logistics Analyst (Naucalpan de Juárez)

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Yard Management & Logistics Analyst to oversee and optimize Switching & Yard Management Operations across multiple Ford VO, Powertrain, and Stamping Plants. In this critical role, you will drive efficiency, improve processes, and identify cost savings through meticulous data analysis and strategic system implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), with intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience managing projects and/or system implementations is essential.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working with an hourly workforce (Forklift Drivers, Clerks, Truck Drivers, etc.).
