Logistics Analyst

The individual is responsible for managing daily PN & JO freight billing operations, including resolving billing exceptions and disputes with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include collaborating with external suppliers and the Accounts Payable team to improve billing processes, ensuring billing accuracy, timely freight payment settlement, and preparation of required reports. The role also involves analyzing shipment volumes, transportation costs, and supplier performance to support cost control initiatives. In addition, the individual supports logistics operations execution, including inbound and outbound freight activities, import and export customs compliance, preparation of customs documentation and regulatory reports, and liaison with Trade Compliance teams, Customs authorities, government agencies, and logistics providers while ensuring compliance with FIZ, LMW, and international customs requirements.
