Job scope:
- Review and verify shipping and operational documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Confirm customer shipping requirements and coordinate the appropriate shipment mode.
- Generate sales orders, billing documents, and supporting paperwork accurately within the ERP system.
- Maintain and update shipment records in Excel and communicate relevant information to the operations team.
- Reconcile packing lists against shipment management system (SMS) records to ensure data accuracy.
- Process ERP transactions including purchase requisitions, goods receipts, and inventory transfers.
