Job Summary
We are seeking a Logistics Vendor Development Specialist to manage, evaluate, and improve the performance of third-party logistics providers and transport vendors. The role focuses on building strong partnerships, optimizing delivery performance, and ensuring cost efficiency across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard logistics vendors (transporters, 3PLs, couriers)
- Monitor vendor performance using KPIs (on-time delivery, cost, service quality)
- Develop vendor scorecards and conduct regular performance reviews
- Implement vendor improvement plans and corrective actions
