GENERAL DESCRIPTION
To lead the Logistics Engineering team to work with internal logistics and ensure processes are designed, implemented, followed, and improved taking into consideration H&S recommendations and the operation efficiency.
Additionally, to lead the logistics engineering team to work with BRP's supplier network to determine std pack and dimensions of packaging for new processes according to BRP needs.
Logistics Coordinator is also responsible for talent development and to ensure the department of Logistics Engineering meets and is aligned to BRP goals.
Prepare and manage department's budget and ensure OPEX, ODC, and CAPEX are under control according to BRP strategy.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Administration
- 5 years of experience in related field or similar
- Experience supervising and leading teams
- Bilingual (English, Spanish), both oral and written
