Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assist incoming and outgoing shipments, including item packing.
- Drive forklift to load and unload items with a valid forklift driving licence.
- Provide administrative support to daily transport operations.
- Assist in delivery and collection as needed.
- Support the Transport/Logistics Supervisor as required.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth transportation arrangements.
- Attend to internal customer enquiries and requests.
- Plan, assign, and control trucking allocations to ensure timely delivery/collection.
- Carry out staff daily/OT roster planning.
- Oversee and manage a fleet of drivers.
- Prepare documentation for related declarations at respective port destinations.
