Duties and Responsibilities
- Generates repair order and ensures that all defects and damagesidentifiedare recorded in VIS and billed
- Generates list of units for maintenance and ensures that all units will be billed.
- Generates from system storage for delivered and undelivered units
- Prepares request for billingfor repair order; maintenance and special project
- Maintains updated prices and services duly signed by superiors and clients
- Coordinates withlogisticssupervisor for prices of special projects and trips
