Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage resources, tools, manpower and systems assigned to the area.Promote Continuous Improvement and 5'S culture.Ensure compliance with OEA and CTPAT standards in yard and trailer management.Take necessary actions to meet KPIs and monitor key performance indicators.Manage physical and virtual inventory to supply production based on DTNA, Operations Management and Materials Control procedures.Unload, verify and receive material; prepare and supply material to production according to the corresponding logistics stream.Prevent shortages through daily summary reports and other applicable reports.Monitor CS accuracy and analyze material issues such as negative in process, excesses, obsolete and damaged material.Watch XOver and PFEP implementations and monitor shortages offline and scrap.Control receipt, storage, supply and custody of productive material to guarantee availability at points of use in the main line and offline.Ensure income and discounts of produ...
