Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Log Recovery Specialist to maximise the volume and value of recoverable logs across our harvest operations. This role provides technical leadership to ensure log-making performance aligns with commercial objectives, with a strong focus on crew recoveries and continuous improvement.

Working closely with Harvest Managers, Sales and Supply Chain, you’ll help lift value outcomes across the estate.

What you’ll be doing

• Identify and reduce sources of value loss.
• Conduct log making audits and quality checks.
• Build capability in log making, defect recognition & best practice recover.
• Analyse YT Gen, harvest head data, production and QC results.
