Lodging Partnerships Growth Associate

Expedia Group is seeking a Business Development Associate in Madrid to drive new partnerships with lodging partners and onboard them for launch. You will articulate Expedia’s UVP, qualify opportunities, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding and activation of listings, pricing, and offers.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualified candidates bring 1–2 years in B2B sales or business development, a Bachelor's degree or
