Job Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
• Plan and implement physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programmes, injury prevention, and rehabilitation techniques
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

Requirements:

• Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
• Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore
