Job Description

The Traffic Local Leader provides leadership for the Parsons Colorado Traffic team as a member of the Colorado leadership team.

The successful candidate will lead and mentor the Traffic Team, oversee staff development, resourcing, business development, and project delivery, and perform and track project and task management for local and regional projects. The incumbent will also ensure engineering subject‑matter expertise and deliverables meet or exceed industry and company standards, administer innovation, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide pragmatic direction for current and future design challenges.
