Local Service Transition Associate

The Local Service Transition Associate supports the smooth transition of country‑level implementations from project delivery into operational readiness. Working closely with the Global Service Transition Consultant and local stakeholders, the role translates global requirements into the local context, ensures compliance with local regulations, and coordinates all transition activities to meet the agreed scope, quality, timelines, and budget.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead local workshops to ensure clients understand the scope of services as per the global contract, service delivery model, and systems landscape.
• Help clients understand the implementation methodology: what we are implementing, when, and how (PIX implementation phases and deliverables).
• Onboard BAU operational team in the project.
• Prepare Payroll Calendar and Trusted Source List.
