Link-Worldwide is seeking a Local Team Lead Digital Services based in León, Guanajuato, Mexico.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day IT/OT operations and manage a team of IT technicians, ensuring effective support for IT/OT issues.
You will coordinate IT/OT projects and maintain the local infrastructure while collaborating with global teams.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, proven IT/OT support experience, and strong leadership abilities.
This is a full-time position that reports to the General Lead DT/DS.
