What you’ll do

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first impression.
• Maintain a visible and engaging presence in the lobby as a brand ambassador.
• Support valet operations as needed, assisting with luggage handling, room escorting, and in‑room orientation.
