Loans and Collections Officer

• Salary of $62,500 plus Super plus weekly commission, plus car park
• Based in Southport
• Ongoing learning and development

Growing Finance company is looking for a Loans and Collections Officer, you will be handling a high number of enquiries, dealing with clients over the phone, email and via our client portal in relation to their current account.

You will be required to answer general enquiries, assist with payment changes and soft collection discussions. 

Key responsibilities in the role include:

• Handling enquiries from customers regarding loan agreements
• Soft Collection calls
• Assisting the Sales team 
• Completing thorough consults with clients which includes extracting personal and financial information 
• Accounts receivable function to assist debtors to maintain their debt agreement payments 
• General administration.
