About the Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled professional to handle end-to-end loan support, from customer interaction to loan disbursement. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls for loan products and explaining loan offerings, eligibility & documentation to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers through the complete loan journey till disbursement
- Maintain accurate customer records and MIS
- Earn high customer satisfaction & timely closures
