Job Summary
The Loan Releasing Associate is responsible for processing and releasing approved real estate and collateral loans. The role ensures completeness of loan documents, compliance with company policies, accuracy of loan details, and proper coordination with clients, appraisers, legal teams, and operations before fund disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Review approved loan applications and ensure all documentary requirements are complete.
- 2. Validate collateral documents such as: - Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) - Tax Declaration - Real Estate Tax Receipts - Deed of Mortgage - Insurance documents
- 3. Prepare loan release documents, vouchers, and disbursement.
- 4. Coordinate with borrowers regarding signing schedules and release requirements.
- 5. Ensure proper notarization and filing of mortgage and legal documents.
