Loan Processing Officer

Responsibilities

• Call interested clients to discuss their loan needs and provide detailed information about our loan products and application process.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications over the phone, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their applications.
• Act as a liaison between the applicant and the Credit Decision Team, ensuring all required documentation and information are submitted promptly.
• Communicate any additional information or clarification needed by the Credit Decision Team to the applicants.

Documentation and Verification

• Verify the accuracy of client information and ensure all required documents are collected and properly filed.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and application progress.
