This position is responsible for identifying potential borrowers, assessing their credit worthiness, disbursing loans, and ensuring timely repayment in line with the bank’s lending policies. The role supports financial inclusion by serving low-income individuals, micro-entrepreneurs, and small businesses with appropriate financial products.
