- Night shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM
- Starting wage: $26.20/h – increase to $26.85/h after 3 months
- Night shift premium: $2.00/h
Responsibilities
The Loader Operator is responsible for the continuous supply of raw materials required for production, while ensuring safe and efficient management of aggregates on site.
Specifically, the role includes:
- Supplying production lines with aggregates based on operational needs
- Feeding silos and storage areas using heavy equipment
- Loading trucks with defective products (scrap) for disposal or recycling
- Transporting sand to the heated plate during the winter period
- Performing snow removal operations during winter to maintain safe working conditions
