As a Loader Supervisor in Karachi you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the loading and unloading of goods and materials in a safe, efficient and timely manner. Your main goal will be to ensure that all loading and unloading operations are carried out according to company standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of loaders to ensure smooth operation of loading and unloading tasks
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to loaders to ensure proper distribution of workload
- Monitor the quality of work performed by loaders ensuring that all goods are handled with care
