LNG Shipping Analyst

Key Role Responsibilities

The Shipping Analyst will be a key member of the fundamentals team within JERAGM, focusing on trading LNG and the interlink with the shipping market. The individual will play a key part in the analysis supporting JERAGM’s physical and financial LNG traders and charterers. The goal of this role is to bring the insights on what drives charter rates and what indicators are important to have as key alerts for a change in charter rate pricing vs implied market pricing. The role of the analyst will be to build and update models to gain market views and advise the traders with trade ideas. A key element of the role is to have a forward view and provide advice on the main drivers and the latest market development.
