On Site Service Representative

Role involves performing a variety of on‐site customer service duties to support efficient preparation of packaging, loading, and transporting customer shipments to U.S. domestic FedEx origination locations from international locations.
The employee responds to customers' needs, including product, service, and shipping information, and identifies problems and resolutions to ensure quality customer service.
Responsibilities
Provides on‐site customer support by answering customer inquiries regarding shipping, products, and services, ensuring responsiveness to all needs, issues, and requirements.
Prepares labeling for all packages that will be ground‐shipped to U.S. domestic FedEx locations for FedEx distribution in the U.S.
