Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting of all company financial data, complying with sound accounting principles and local laws.
• Develop and implement work standards, controls, and product enhancements to support quality improvement and efficiency.
• Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP, government regulations, and corporate policies, working with internal and external auditors to demonstrate compliance.
• Determine the impact of legislative and corporate changes in GAAP and develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Direct monthly general ledger closing to ensure that all financial and cash reports are available accurately and timely.
• Coordinate monthly balance sheet reconciliation for the countries within the district and prepare explanations on variances.
