**General Job Description**:
**Under general supervision perform the following activities**:
- Manages operations through systems (WMS / JDA).
- Analyzes information to monitor the operational process.
- Generates internal operational reports and/or according to customer requests.
- Monitors transportation services to ensure that the contracted services are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Manages and safeguards customer documents.
- Carries out very specific value-added activities such as: Testing of mobile teams, handling of values, among others.
- Prepares documentation and information to support billing.
- Support assignment of tasks and work tools (hand held, skid, forklift, etc.) to team members to help balance workloads.
