Overview
Alpha is seeking LLB graduates. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to build upon their experience, as you will be running a litigated caseload. You will assist other Litigation Executive/Claims Handlers as required. Previous Civil Litigation experience is ideal.
Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities you will be required to carry out include drafting documents, applications, offers, orders and directions; attending telephone conferences; and managing cases in line with SLAs. You will review quantum, value general and special damages, and formalise case plans, as well as enter into telephone negotiations, liaise with third party solicitors and insurers, own insurer clients and lay clients.
