LiveOps Cloud Engineer

Our Client is hiring for LiveOps (Live Operations) is responsible for the reliability, availability, performance and security of Co’s production cloud platforms and applications.

As a LiveOps Enginee r, you will sit at the intersection of SRE and Cloud Operations —owning live service health, leading incident response, and driving automation, observability, and continuous improvement.

You will partner closely with Platform, Development, Security, Support and Services teams to evolve Co’s SaaS operating model and reduce operational toil at scale.

• Operate and continuously improve Co’s Azure-based SaaS platforms to meet SLAs and support growth.
• Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure, including incident response and on-call participation.
