About the role
At Minto Building Superintendents are responsible for the repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness of assigned residential building(s) and the provision of excellent customer service. This is a live-in position.
Responsibilities
- Perform resident service requests in addition to routine repairs and maintenance for in-suite, interior, and exterior common areas.
- Contribute to the longevity of building systems through preventative maintenance inspections of building mechanical systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure resident satisfaction through the timely completion of service requests.
- Maintain and exceed product standards by reviewing and acting on common area deficiencies.
- Develop excellent first impressions for our customers by ensuring units are rent‑ready upon move‑in.
