Live-In Executive & Head Chef - Mediterranean Seafood

Ocean Earth Chefs seeks a private head chef for an immediate start in Bendinat, Mallorca, to lead a four-chef team and manage a 7-day operation for a Saudi family. You will plan market-driven menus focused on fresh seafood, with weekly sushi and paella Sundays, and provide lunches for 10–15 staff. Role demands stamina, exceptional organization, and the ability to direct a team. A car is provided and the position is live-in, with work through Oct/Nov and preference for Mallorca residents.
