Responsibilities
- Preparing correspondence and agreements
- Court filing and correspondence with other third party entities
- Ordering documents with BC Online and BC Business Registry
- Communicating with clients, agents and government offices
- Billing, filing, photocopying and scanning
- Prepare litigation checklists and calculate court deadlines and conduct money
Key qualifications and skills
- Paralegal diploma
- 5+ years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of procedure, rules and filing requirements applicable to all levels of court and administrative tribunals relevant to our workplace practice
