Summary Of Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings
• Utilize Litigation Support Software to manage document production, disclosure and organization, including the following tasks:
  • data entry to objectively code documents
  • preparation of Affidavits Disclosing Documents (including review and redact for privilege and relevance)
  • compile Books of Evidence/Exhibits
