SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft pleadings;
- Utilize Litigation Support Software to manage document production, disclosure and organization;
- Objectively code documents;
- Prepare Affidavits Disclosing Documents (including review and redact for privilege and relevance);
- Compile Books of Evidence/Exhibits;
- Import documents received from opposing counsel;
- Prepare legal chronologies;
- Record all billable and non-billable functions on a daily basis;
