We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant on behalf of a well-established law firm located in downtown Vancouver.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing files and managing an up-to-date BF system
- Preparing documents and correspondence
- Managing calendars
- Scheduling meetings and other important events as required
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on file progress as required
- Other related duties from time to time
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years of litigation legal administrative assistant experience.
- Legal Administrative Assistant certificate from a recognized institution
- Familiarity with BC and Federal Court Rules and procedures
- Robust computer skills and typing speed
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and time-management skills
