Our client, a well-established and respected boutique litigation firm, is seeking an Estate Litigation Associate to join their team. Responsibilities
Manage a broad range of estates and trusts litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, factums, legal opinions, and other court materials. Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy for complex estates disputes. Attend examinations for discovery, mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances (virtually and in-person as required). Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders. Independently manage files while meeting all deadlines and professional obligations. Contribute to client relationship management and business development initiatives where appropriate. Requirements
