• Offer top-notch client care across multiple formats
• Evaluate and determine claim eligibility for our firm
• Guide clients to appropriate referrals when necessary
• Support the Client Solutions team in intake processes
• Maintain accurate and updated client recordsRequirements:
• J.D. or LL.B from a respected law school
• 1-5 years of legal practice, ideally in personal injury
• Good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
