L.I.T. Coordinator

Job Description

The L.I.T. (Leaders in Training) Coordinator is a supervisory position that directs and coordinates teen volunteers. The L.I.T. Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, recruiting, and directing young volunteers within a summer day camp structure. The L.I.T. Coordinator will support the leadership and growth development of 13‑17 year‑old Leaders in Training. The L.I.T. Coordinator is a member of the Day Camp Program Team at Heritage Park Temple and Southlands Community Church, reporting to Heritage Park Temple Corps Officer.

Accountabilities

• Build relationships with L.I.T. participants at Heritage Park Temple and Southlands Community Church. 6‑8 participants at each site.
• Support participants to develop one leadership development goal for the summer.
