• Collaborate with the BCS-NOS team to integrate systems and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Deploy and manage CSPC collectors.
• Troubleshoot network or OS issues on the collector.
• Update cases and follow the GCI process.
• Drive technical meetings with NCE , customers, or stakeholders.
