We are seeking an experienced Linux Administrator with SQL experience to join our Digital Banking Technology team. The role is hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the client office, Sol area, next to the underground).

Key Responsibilities

• Incident & Problem Management : Lead Level 3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex incidents and drive preventive actions.
• Production Coordination : Coordinate with Release Managers on deployment plans, dependencies and production cutover.
• Monitoring & Observability : Use Dynatrace and Splunk to proactively monitor services and perform log‑metric‑trace correlation for rapid issue isolation.
