Role Purpose
The Linux Administrator is responsible for managing and securing enterprise Linux environments, ensuring systems patched, hardened, and compliant with industry standards such as CIS Benchmarks and DISA STIGs .
The role focuses on OS-level patching, kernel hardening, SELinux enforcement , and automation of patch orchestration , ensuring minimal downtime across large-scale, business-critical environments. This position plays a key role in maintaining system stability, security, and operational efficiency.
