Main Objective: Ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets through effective resource management, along with the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of standards within assigned areas of responsibility.

• Guarantee proper identification, routing, and resolution of process and standard deviations through responsible departments.
• Facilitate the communication of all business-relevant information, cascading it down to subordinate levels and escalating it appropriately to higher levels.
