Issue/Close Maintenance Notifications Z1/Z2 in SAP.
Vertical Startups implementation/assurance.
Technical Training for Operators.
Assure Safety topics compliance, including Behavior Based Safety, Near Miss reporting and CAPAs implementation.
Main Deliverables
OEE contribution and related KPIs fulfilment: MTTR, MTBF and Maintenance Plan Adherence.
UPDT elimination.
Zero losses contribution.
A3R/A3L for failures and breakdowns.
