Line Leader
We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on Line Leader to support our manufacturing operations at our Semiconductor facility in Johor, Malaysia. This role is responsible for leading daily production activities on the assigned line to ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
The Line Leader will provide hands‑on leadership to operators and technicians, ensure compliance with standard processes, and drive team performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone with strong shop‑floor leadership experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Work Location: Onsite – Johor Bahru.
