As a Line Engineer, you will drive line performance through standardization, continuous improvement and training, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality operations. You’ll define line procedures, monitor KPIs and lead improvement actions across the production line in collaboration with the Senior Production Manager. The role supports new initiatives and aims to optimize machines, facilities and resources. It offers impact in a fast-paced, diverse beauty-focused environment.
