Booya Bagels is looking for a Line Cook to join its team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients, cook food, and plate dishes
- Clean and sanitize work area, store ingredients, and take out trash
- Manage time by knowing workflow duration for each station step
- Follow health codes and nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- Work well with other cooks and chefs
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Graduate of Culinary School
- Minimum 1.5 years experience in a non-Asian restaurant
- Knowledge of baking and pastry techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
