Overview
Responsible for the preparation of high‑quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner, working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily food items in pantry, fry, and other kitchen stations.
- Set up station according to restaurant guidelines and follow clean‑as‑you‑go requirements.
- Maintain good knife skills and prepare food as directed, following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
- Restock all items as needed throughout the shift.
- Keep station clean and maintain safety, sanitation, and organization.
- Properly use and maintain all equipment in the station.
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk‑in coolers, and storage areas.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef or Sous Chef.
