Job Description

• Food Preparation & Cooking:
• Prepare ingredients such as meats, broths, and side dishes.
• Cook and assemble pares dishes, fried rice, and other menu items.
• Ensure food is cooked according to store standards and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cooking area.
• Follow proper food storage and handling procedures.
• Assist in restocking ingredients and checking inventory levels.
• Quality Control & Safety:
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures for food safety.
• Ensure all dishes are presented well before serving.
• Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling and preparation.

Experience in cooking, preferably in a pares store or similar eatery. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong atten...
