Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food in large batches according to standard recipes and event requirements
- Assist in pre-production and bulk preparation for upcoming events
- Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and food quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
- Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage
- Support breakdown and post-event kitchen clean-up
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years experience as LINE COOK, CDP, etc, primarily in the Hot Kitchen .
- Preferably has experiences with big batch productions .
