Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure all food preparation and cooking areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and service during busy hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain the kitchen's efficiency.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage techniques.
